>> You now have an opportunity to modify an imaging case after submission, up until the time it is assigned to one of our professional aesthetic artists. To modify a case, click "Modify" for the case listed below. If you don't see "modify" for the case, it has been assigned or completed.

>> Some clients like to include the same imaging instructions or comments with every imaging case. Save time typing by using the "Global Preferences" field on your Personal Order Page. The "Global Preferences" can be turned on or off for each case, and can be edited at any time.

Click on the patient's name to view the "before" image and instructions you submitted
Click on "Modify" to modify the imaging order before it has ben processed
Click on "View" to view the completed imaging order
Click on "Send" to generate an e-mail to your patient
Click on "Request" to request a redraw of the case
Click on "Order" to order prints
Click on "View Invoice" to view the invoice

Emergency Case Submission via E-mail: When using your Personal Order Page to submit a case, a slow connection, heavy internet traffic, or other issues may from time to time prevent your Imaging Order from uploading properly. We have provided this e-mail case submission method for you to use during such times. We do, however, ask that you attempt to send the case using your Personal Order Page first, and that you use this e-mail link only after your attempt(s) to send the case(s) with the order form have failed.

If you must use this e-mail method to submit your case, please be sure to:

  • Include the imaging instructions for the case
  • Attach the photo to the e-mail
When we receive your case and photo we will enter them into the system and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The case will also appear on your Personal Home Page. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within one business day, we have not received the case! Please contact your Internet Service Provider to rectify the problem.
